Lee's Auto-Haus unknowingly installed a recalled part they received when it was ordered from Lordco. The part failed on my return to Alberta requiring it to again be replaced by another garage. After 1.5 months of vague promises by Lordco to reimburse me, Cory from Lee"s Auto-Haus stepped up and provided me with a cheque to cover the extra cost I incurred having to have the proper part installed when in Alberta. HUGS for Cory and Lee's Auto-Haus! SLUGS to LORDCO!

Mark is an excellent owner operator. Honest diagnosis and accurate quotations. Highly recommended mechanic which is not a usual thing to say.

True what the others say, this is a good honest shop. Been bringing several vehicles here over the years and have never felt gouged. Straight up and low key operation that seems to value repeat customers and out-of-towners equally.

I’ve been to these guys many times for my 74 Kombi. Even if I had an issue with their service, Mark was willing to help and even get his hands dirty to make things right. Have always left a happy customer.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were passing through Nelson on our way to Banff when our engine light came on. Despite a 2 week work backlog, Ken had his guys scan the car and test drive it right away. It was a minor problem which they quickly resolved. Encouraging to see that this kind of customer service still exists. Thank you so much, Ken !!!

I always know these guys are being honest with me. They're really great at finding parts for old Vehicles like my 87 Westfalia. Once I had a breakdown up in Jasper National Park no one around there knew anything about Volkswagens I called Corey at Lees Autohaus he found the part and shipped it to me up in Hinton Alberta said just come by and pay for it when you get back to town that's pretty great service.

Marc does everything he can do to make your vehicle Reliable without breaking your bank account. These people are absolute experts and have been wrenching for many years and have had a lot of great experience. What more could you ask for ? This mechanic shop is competent, wanting to please customers and is willing to put in the efforts to do so. A great shop, I do recommend
